Two South London PRS Schemes Completed And Occupied

Two purpose-built PRS schemes we designed for property developer, KMP Group have been completed and fully let.

Seacole Court and Cavell Court each include ten modern and spacious apartments in the Dulwich neighbourhood of South London.

Our brief for both projects was to create high-quality, long-term rental accommodation that is functional and sustainable.

Both projects use a restrained palette of modern brickwork and zinc cladding on the exterior, with a natural palette of timber and stone on the interiors. Floor-to-ceiling glazing in all units allows for generous daylight, bringing the material palette to life and providing incredible views onto the surrounding vegetation.

Seacole Court and Cavell Court are highly insulated and use extensive Renewable Energy sources to provide highly sustainable developments. Solar Photovoltaic on the roofs is complemented by MVHR strategies to avoid the need for gas on either site.

Big thanks to Marta Alona who ran both projects and Vishal and Niral at KMP Group for the opportunity.
