Breakfast Club Briefings: Natascha Engel

Can Labour Get to Net Zero by 2050?

That was one of the big questions at our latest Breakfast Club Briefing, which we co-hosted with Eversleigh LLP. We brought together planners, politicians and developers to tackle the industry's biggest challenges over coffee and conversation.

We were joined by Natascha Engel, former Labour MP and Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons, who shared insights on how the government is addressing the net zero transition - and what it really means for infrastructure and the built environment.

The discussion was lively, with perspectives from across the industry, including TPG Angelo Gordon, Cheyne Capital, Grainger PLC, RIBA & Avison Young UK. From investment strategies to planning hurdles, we explored the key roadblocks - and opportunities - on the path to a more sustainable future.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined and contributed. If you’d like to be part of the next conversation, drop us a message. Let’s keep pushing the industry forward.
