Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting another successful Breakfast Club Briefings event alongside Eversleigh LLP, with the privilege of welcoming Dr Sharon Taylor, Lords Minister for Housing and Local Government.
Our discussion struck a perfect balance between celebrating the positive strides we've made in the housing sector and addressing the ongoing challenges – particularly the complex Gateway 2 test. It was encouraging to hear about the government's ongoing commitment to supporting the SME sector, which is crucial in delivering high-quality new homes.
