Keeping London Moving Virtual Brunch: LB Waltham Forest

Last month we hosted our first ever online brunch session ‘Keeping London Moving’ with the London Borough of Waltham Forest where we were joined by Jonathan Martin, Director of Inward Investment, James Briggs, Managing Director at Sixty Bricks Limited, and Jennifer Daothong, Commercial Director Housing Delivery. Attendees included London Strategic Land, Aitch Group, Iceni, Savills, Nema Capital. 

The Borough are ensuring that housing delivery continues during Lockdown through innovative support schemes and re-purposing of council assets in addition to instigating a number of approaches to protect the development pipeline, they were the first borough to hold a virtual planning committee in London.
