Scunthorpe Innovation Hub

North Lincolnshire Local Authority has identified land at the eastern end of the High Street, previously occupied by the market buildings, which it is now looking to redevelop to create a new focal point at the heart of the town centre.

Ackroyd Lowrie has undertaken an initial feasibility study to assess the site and develop initial ideas for locating an innovation hub, college residential units and a training academy.
