Ackroyd Lowrie are working with Inspired Assets to deliver this 220 unit micro-living scheme in Croydon. The scheme includes co-working, lounges, a rooftop cinema, and reception area.

The communal spaces are the areas that sell the units, and therefore careful consideration was required to select nishes and materials that were robust, but create a luxurious feel.

The project is currently on site, and will open in 2018.
