Ackroyd Lowrie are working on the redevelopment of a Nursery site to provide 31 residential units along with a replacement Nursery School in Newham.

AL have been Project Managing the scheme from inception, as well as undertaking the architectural design.

This has included extensive liaison with the local authority planners regarding viability. The proposal seeks to provide a high quality scheme that responds and respects the local character of Newham and will also increases the housing stock within London.
