BCB at MIPIM
Alongside our sponsors, Capital Economics, we were delighted to host a special Breakfast Club Briefings event with the City of London Corporation at MIPIM in Cannes last week.
We were fortunate to be joined by Shravan Joshi MBE and Bhakti Depala to explore how best to work in partnership to overcome barriers to investment. Together with our guests, we identified planning, policy and procurement as both challenges, and opportunities, for investment and delivery.
It was agreed that the City of London's draft City Plan 2040 shall encourage inward investment by providing certainty and clarity to investors and developers.
We also discussed how promoting a range of complementary uses shall assist with delivering on the City Plan 2040's objectives.
