We are looking to employ an organised and responsible part time Studio Manager to join our vibrant in-house team. You will work with the Directors and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the practice and assist in the efficient coordination of project related tasks and other administrative responsibilities as required.
Experience in an office environment undertaking administrative tasks is important.
Experience in bookkeeping or managing costs an advantage, but not essential.
Good computer skills required.
An interest or knowledge of design, construction and property is an advantage.
GCSE/O Levels in English and mathematics (or equivalent).
Salary dependent on experience, but industry related.

Brief job outline and requirements:
Primarily administrative duties based around office organisation and answering phones.
Work assisting Director.
Basic financial duties (under supervision of accountant/bookkeeper).
Assistance in organising events.
A proactive person who is enthusiastic, organised and hard working with a “can do” attitude.
Good written and spoken English.
Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Google Mail, Drive and Calendar a distinct advantage.
Two current contactable references.
