Number Four, Townsend Road, Richmond.

Ackroyd Lowrie recently secured planning consent on a listed building, number four, Townsend Road in Richmond.

The generous two-storey extension has bi-folding doors which opens up on to beautiful gardens. Bifold doors offer spectacular views to the outside as the large glass panes are supported by aluminium frames. They offer slim sightlines for an unimpeded view, compared to traditional patio doors.

A long rooflight allows light to flood into the new open-plan kitchen diner. Creating a large open-plan kitchen extension is one of the most sough-after features in the modern home and one of the most popular home improvement projects (Holmes 2011) and can add value to your home.

Work on the property started in July and with the team working hard you can see the project really beginning to take shape. Here are some pictures of the recent developments. Stay tuned for information on further developments.
