BBC World Service interview Ackroyd Lowrie about how Virtual Reality technology is revolutionising the way we design buildings

BBC reporter Ed Butler visited the AL office for BBC World Service programme In the Balance last week. In the programme AL Director Oliver Lowrie explains how the ability to walk clients through 3D models of their proposed buildings in the immersive Oculus Rift Virtual Reality headset has hugely increased the speed at which design decisions are made. The technology also ensures that clients feel comfortable throughout the design process that they are getting the product that they want, and fully understand the decisions they are making.
