Ackroyd + Associates are recruiting for an administrative/business and creative assistant. It's a great opportunity for a bright, ambitious individual to join our growing boutique architectural practice, and make a varied and exciting role for themselves.
A+A are an innovative young company based in the creative hub of Vyner Street in Bethnal Green East London. We believe in allowing our staff to fulfil their maximum potential. We are looking for someone who can deal with clients, help run office, and still have time to work on our marketing and PR strategies. This will include helping us manage our social media accounts, running events, and generally brainstorming about how we can gain publicity. An interest in design is an advantage but no formal design training is necessary for this role.
We will support any ideas you bring to us about how you might progress in your role, and will happily pay for training/ up-skilling. Plus, if you have any creative projects that you would like to do yourself, we will aim to offer time and resource to support them.
The candidate should be proficient in excel and capable of managing a website/ social media accounts. Experience in business or finance could be useful but not essential. There are several branches to the company and you will be required to multi task between them, so a naturally organised and disciplined character would work best within this role.
